Step-by-step cooking recipe
It is cooked over a fire, but it works well at home too.
We cook the fish with onions, salt, when the fish is ready, add the butter (do not spare the oil! 200-300 g of oil in a 3-liter saucepan).
When the butter is melted, spread the edges of the fish soup on the surface, let it boil and remove immediately.
Give your ear 5 minutes to rest so that the bread softens – and bon appetit!
We use large fish (burbot, trout, pike perch, pike, trout and burbot are especially good for this fish soup).
We put the gutted and uncut fish into a saucepan along with peeled and chopped potatoes and onions, fill with water and cook until fish and vegetables are ready, salt to taste, add seasonings and at the end cream, let it boil, remove from heat and bon appetit!
The amount of cream is to taste, we pour a glass somewhere into a 3-liter saucepan.
